IPoc has two complementary activities. We develop AI technology and intellectual property, including the Titan platform currently in development. And we provide international project management and technology delivery: coordinating specialist providers, commercial workstreams, procurement and operational oversight.
Our teams work across the UK, India and the UAE, connecting businesses with the expertise, systems and innovation required to operate more effectively.

Michael White
Director of Operations & International Programme Delivery
Michael brings approximately 20 years of international commercial experience spanning high-value procurement, supplier coordination, business scaling, overseas outsourcing and AI commercialisation.
In previous roles he has overseen high-value procurement and supply programmes, coordinated supplier networks across the UK, Europe and China, and established working arrangements with overseas call-centre operations in India and the Philippines. As an independent commercial consultant, he helped growing UK businesses reach annual revenues of £1 million–£10 million through commercial systems, outsourced operations and staff training.
More recently, Michael has developed and maintained commercial relationships for live, revenue-generating AI solutions in logistics, property and luxury accommodation, working alongside specialist AI delivery teams. At IPoc he leads operations and international programme delivery, and is progressing the development of Titan.
